Permitted Use

Reference to and citation of Endeavor Intelligence frameworks is permitted with proper attribution (name of framework + “Endeavor Intelligence” or “Markus Bernhardt”). Brief quotation for the purpose of commentary, criticism, or review is permitted under fair use / fair dealing principles.

Prohibited Use

Reproduction, redistribution, or republication of framework descriptions, diagrams, or substantial content without prior written permission from Endeavor Intelligence is not permitted.

Use of proprietary framework names, concepts, or content for commercial training materials, consulting deliverables, or derivative works without a licence is not permitted.

Incorporation of Endeavor Intelligence content into AI training datasets, large language model training corpora, or machine learning systems without prior written permission is not permitted.

Misrepresentation of affiliation with or endorsement by Endeavor Intelligence is not permitted.

AI Training Policy

Content published on endeavorintel.com may not be used for the purpose of training artificial intelligence systems, large language models, or machine learning systems without prior written permission. Indexing for the purpose of citation and retrieval (as distinct from training) is permitted for specified pages as defined in the site’s robots.txt file.
